Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team. Responsabilities:
  • Preparation of quotations.
  • Preparation of tender documents and management of Tuneps.
  • Follow-up of ongoing projects.
  • Follow-up of settlements and attachments.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling telephone calls, managing e-mail, scheduling meetings.
Job Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
