Position of HR Assistant

Mission :
    • Assist the Human Resources Manager in all functions.
Tasks :
    • Maintain and update personnel administrative records
    • Follow-up of staff unavailability (clocking in and out, leave, illness, absence, etc.)
    • Follow-up on requests of personnel administrative documents (Attestation, BS, CNAM declaration, etc.)
    • Assist the human resources manager
Requirement :
    • Ability to respect the confidentiality of data
    • Good listening skills and diplomatic
    • Rigorous and organized
Skills :
    • Mastery of MS-Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Good handling of computer software
    • Mastery of Sage software
Level / Diploma :
  • Bac +3, Management, HR, Law
