Position Description:
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Project Manager (Chargé d’Affaires) to join our dynamic team and ensure the successful execution of our projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead projects by assembling, organizing, coordinating, and managing the project team in accordance with the specifications (client requirements, budget, deadlines, etc.).
- Oversee the overall management of projects, from the quotation phase through to final delivery.
- Develop and monitor the execution schedule, as well as the human, material, and technical resource requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise the technical teams on-site.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, costs, and safety rules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the efficient organization of worksites.
Profile Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, or Higher Technician diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project budgeting and financial monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Good command of HSE regulations and strict compliance with safety procedures.
